I just finished the 5-Day ProLon Program, and I didn’t just notice physical changes — I could feel my body shifting through each phase:
Day 1 – Easing in. Hunger was there, but so was clarity.
Day 2 – Glycogen stores dropped — I felt my body start tapping into fat for fuel.
Day 3 – Autophagy kicked in. This is when I reminded myself: this isn’t restriction, it’s renewal.
Day 4 – My energy steadied. I could feel inflammation calming — like my system finally had space to repair.
