Hormones play an important role in many aspects of health — including libido. When hormones like estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and cortisol become imbalanced, it can affect energy levels, mood, and sexual wellness.

Stress, sleep, nutrition, and overall lifestyle habits can all influence hormone balance over time. Supporting healthy hormone function is an important part of maintaining overall well-being.

Most people aren’t getting enough fiber… and it matters more than you think 🤍

Fiber plays a huge role in digestion, blood sugar balance, hormone support, and gut health — yet most people fall short of what their body actually needs.

Aim for about 25–35g of fiber per day, but don’t jump there overnight. Slowly increase your intake to give your body time to adjust and avoid bloating or discomfort.

Start simple by adding more fiber-rich foods like:
• Berries (raspberries, blueberries)
• Avocado
• Chia seeds & flaxseeds
• Leafy greens (spinach, kale)
• Lentils & chickpeas
• Oats

Small changes add up — and your gut will thank you.

True detox isn’t about quick fixes or extreme cleanses. It’s about supporting the body’s natural systems so it can function the way it was designed to.

This month, we’re focusing on how stress and sleep impact the body’s ability to detox, regulate, and heal. When stress is high and sleep is off, the body can’t keep up the way it’s meant to.

When the body feels supported instead of overwhelmed, healing becomes possible.

If you’re ready to take a more supportive, root-cause approach to your health, we’re here to guide you.

Fiber plays an important role in supporting digestion, gut health, blood sugar balance, and overall wellness. Adding more fiber-rich foods to your meals can help support healthy digestion and keep you feeling full longer.

Some great sources of fiber include chia seeds, raspberries, split peas, lentils, artichokes, broccoli, pears, black beans, and avocado.

Small changes — like adding more whole plant foods to your plate — can make a big difference over time.

Mixed Green Salad

A simple, fresh salad is one of the easiest ways to add more nutrients, fiber, and healthy fats to your day.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
• 1–2 cups mixed organic greens
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice (or olive oil & vinegar for dressing)
• Fruits or vegetables of choice (cherry tomatoes, peppers, berries, carrots, etc.)
• Optional toppings: avocado or slivered almonds

For a more complete meal, add a lean protein such as grilled chicken, salmon, shrimp, sliced turkey, lean steak, or tuna.

Simple meals like this can help support digestion, energy, and overall wellness.

Your body is designed with powerful detox systems that work every day through the liver, kidneys, digestive system, and skin. But when these pathways become overwhelmed, the body may start sending signals.

Fatigue, skin issues, headaches, digestive discomfort, or increased sensitivities can sometimes be signs that the body needs additional support.

Supporting detoxification isn’t about extreme cleanses or quick fixes. It’s about helping your body function the way it was designed to — through proper nutrition, hydration, sleep, and targeted support when needed.

Understanding the root cause of symptoms is the first step toward lasting wellness.

Some habits are socially discouraged — others are quietly celebrated.

In many places today, smoking is widely recognized as harmful. If someone lights up in a crowded room, people often react immediately.

But when it comes to food, the social norms look very different.

At gatherings, celebrations, and office events, sugary treats and ultra-processed foods are often the default — and bringing something healthier can sometimes feel like the exception.

In this episode of The Synergee Podcast, we sit down with cardiologist Dr. Sanjay to talk about the social dynamics around food and how modern habits have normalized patterns that can contribute to blood sugar imbalance and long-term health challenges.

In this conversation, we explore:

• Why certain unhealthy habits are socially discouraged while others are normalized
• How our food environment influences daily choices
• The impact of constant sugar exposure on blood sugar and metabolism
• Why small shifts in awareness can make a meaningful difference over time

Understanding these patterns is the first step toward creating healthier habits — both individually and culturally.
