I just finished the 5-Day ProLon Program, and I didn’t just notice physical changes — I could feel my body shifting through each phase:

Day 1 – Easing in. Hunger was there, but so was clarity.
Day 2 – Glycogen stores dropped — I felt my body start tapping into fat for fuel.
Day 3 – Autophagy kicked in. This is when I reminded myself: this isn’t restriction, it’s renewal.
Day 4 – My energy steadied. I could feel inflammation calming — like my system finally had space to repair.
Day 5 – That deep “cellular clean-up” feeling. Stem cell activation begins here, and honestly… I felt lighter in more ways than one.

As someone who works with metabolic healing daily, going through Prolon time and again, personally gives me a new level of respect for intentional fasting as a therapeutic tool — not a diet.
