This is the hardest post I ever wrote in my life.
My beautiful dad passed away yesterday.
Anyone who knew my dad knew what a beautiful spirit he was … he was generous and loyal. He was soo incredibly funny !
He taught me how to be kind and loving and enjoy the blessings of life.
My last conversation with him was him telling me when we close on our house to live at the shore full time. He words were … “You will never regret living at the shore!” The shore was his favorite place on earth!
I am incredibly blessed that I get to call him my daddy. What a blessing to my children and my hubby.

I love picking a word for the new year !
2023 was a challenging year in a lot of ways - we lost my mother in law - we had a lot ups and downs regarding - I lost some people in my life for no uncertain reason - and I felt challenged at times.
However … God is good and I feel soo grateful for the lessons I learned and allowing myself to trust God completely!
I read in a book today the importance of declaring God’s favor on your life !!!
Soo I am declaring that 2024 will be a year of abundance!!!
Abundance of love ❤️
Abundance of prosperity!
Abundance of true friends!
Abundance of family time!
Adbundance of making memories !
Abundance of laughter!
Abundance of Gods favor !

This weekend was our 3rd Retreat with be.here.now. A Center for Mindfulness! We held it at and it was simply magical! We laughed - we cried- we meditated - we moved - we danced - we bonded - we all left a better then when we arrived ! I am soo grateful for this work we are doing and soo grateful for this community that keeps showing up! Thank you Ms for your talent and heart ! We love you !
