Early results😍 & goals
Our beautiful 30 year young patient wanted a more defined and youthful neck and jawline. Under she underwent and already looks fabulous just one week post-op! 😃
Once the swelling completely resolves in the next 6/8 weeks and the skin retracts, she will enjoy her final results.
The small amount of fat under the chin and jawline can be very stubborn and often not responsive to diet and exercise. In young patients with good skin elasticity, contouring of this delicate area can be comfortably done under awake anesthesia.

🤔Thoughts lately? In our hurried fast-paced lives I suggest (actually I insist) slowing down after undergoing surgery . . . seriously. Rest along with a true break from the grind is needed to heal properly and to avoid set backs (ie complications).
Follow your surgeon’s instructions and do not undertake research on line if you’re uncertain about your post surgery care. Consult with your surgeon exclusively please. They know you best and care the most for your well being😷

✔️stay hydrated
✔️ambulate regularly
✔️minimize prescription pain killer use
✔️avoid strain/ raising your heart rate
✔️eat nutritiously & include fiber rich foods
✔️adhere to follow up visits
✔️do not take extra measures on your own

And most importantly: stay positive and be patient (no pun intended)😅 BC you need time to heal. Swelling, bruising, distortion are expected and two sides of the body may heal at a different pace.
