Yes!!!!!! This week helped some people get restful sleep from having a headaches.. mostly work related stress & foward head posture from sitting…. ………With proper discussion before session I focus on Occipitoatlantal (AO) joint muscles trying to restore some joint play.. working posterior cervical area striping through muscles with active release methods seemed helpful……. I find everyone is different with this .I worked with a chiropractor once who had a great tip for my headaches——
He said wrap a full beach towel like an egg roll and place it on the floor, then let your neck rest on top of it, then put your knees up so your back is flat& rest there for about 10 mins…….worked for me… .. anyway thought I would share..

Only a week in the place and going crazy about Lightning !! Forgive my body mechanics , the camera only gave me 10 seconds..
However After just saying that, taking a picture can be a highly effective tool that tells us what we are holding onto our body.. A Picture can tell us what side of the body we lean more on, and If you look for it what limbs appear to be longer, and what limbs appear to be shorter... Too many different modalities on this subject , but get a kick out of the science behind it..

On Another note this dark lighting hides the wrinkles for now🫤.

Also On another note, I'm a new user & struggling fan of Android (took way too long to write this)

First massage in my own personal space..
Still organizing things.. however like the idea of not wearing footwear why working.. it reminded me of my first job as a massage therapist in New York City,working at a High End Toxic Spa.. I had to wear dress shoes an work on hard ceramic Tile, my feet, legs & back still curse me out about that job..

Anyways studio is coming along slowly.. but felt good vibes permeating around, however may just be the peppermint essential oil diffuser..

I got tested yesterday on my Reflexology.. A client wanted relief from constipation .. working the feet,hands and if the client is comfortable with you touching their stomach, abdominal massage can help!

Most people love, but selective people don’t like foot massage an very few people see the difference between getting a foot massage & Reflexology..
For the most part foot massage can be unspecific in points of the feet it’s touching, but in Reflexology points of the feet you touch can relate to another part of the body ………..

It can help with- sleep troubles, digestive issues, pain, and other health issues …….

also Reflexology is not only found in the feet , same points can’t be found in hands& ears!

The First Picture is From a Friend I Graduated Massage School with .. We took these week long classes, but on 3 or 4 weekends we would learn Thai Massage .. Even though I was still learning all these cool new Modalities& Styles of Massage, a light bulb went off in my head with Thai Massage..
