Through the chakra lens:

🟥 Root (safety): Competition fueled by fear makes safety feel threatened.

🟨 Solar plexus (power): We feel disempowered and try to control.

🟦 Throat (voice): We feel unheard, so we fight with our words.

🟩 Heart (connection): We close off, put up walls, and mistake protection for isolation.

Collaboration does the opposite:

♥️ Root: Safety is co-created.
💛 Solar plexus: Power is shared, not hoarded.
💙 Throat: We listen to understand, then speak to connect.
💚 Heart: Respect and empathy reopen the channel.

We don’t have to agree to align. With open ears, flexibility, respect, and empathy, there is so much we can create together.

Every day I choose not to fight back, I’m choosing my inner child who longs to be seen and heard. Because fighting back often seeks their acknowledgment over my own. I’ll “fight” for connection when there’s mutual willingness—when we meet in the middle with emotional intelligence and honor the child within us both. If that’s absent, I won’t outsource my worth. I choose my peace.

✨🐾 Today’s Reiki session with an animal client was truly extraordinary. As I worked with this sweet pup, I felt an intuitive connection that went beyond words. It was as if she was gently “speaking” to me, sharing insights about her human’s emotions and experiences.

This profound connection opened up a meaningful conversation with her owner, allowing messages and feelings to surface in a safe, healing space. It was a reminder of the incredible bond we share with our pets—and how they can sometimes become gentle messengers for the love and healing we need.
