There is always a lot of conversation around a new energetic season. What it means. What it’s trying to teach us. What we’re supposed to be learning.

I love that stuff too, but let’s be real. Knowing the vibe and actually living through it are two different things.

Because in real life, “new energy” does not always look inspiring. Sometimes it looks like restlessness, old wounds getting poked, feeling emotionally off for no obvious reason, questioning yourself more than usual, or swinging between “I need to change everything immediately” and “I would actually like to disappear under a blanket and not make one more decision.”

Take a moment to read my latest 11:11 blog about resetting from all the daily craziness we seem to be absorbing whether we want to or not. Its advice I had to follow to get myself grounded and re-centered.

Lately, the energy feels… loud. Heavy. Sharp around the edges. If you’ve been moving through your days with a low-grade sense of dread, distraction, irritability, grief, or exhaustion, I want to say this clearly: You are not making it up and you are not weak for feeling it.
