Witchy Ayurveda snow day over here. A bit bitchy as well I can admit it, but this decoction definitely helped to simmer my Vata Crash out. đTodayâs âAyurvedic Kitchen Bitchualâ made two waysâŚ.
âď¸ Mom version:Organic fruit simmered with ginger, clove, and cinnamon â in Ayurveda this warm version is called a Kashaya & used to calm Vata and support the nervous system.
â˝ď¸ Kid athlete version:Same fruit base, no spices â just a pinch of sea salt for natural electrolytes.
My version of kid Gatorade⌠no plastic, no dye.
And yes â use organic fruit unless youâre going for a surprise pesticide punch instead. đ
