To help you detox (from alcohol and too much shopping -HA!) and WIND DOWN, I am offering a free all levels movement, chanting, breathwork and meditation class from 7:30 - 8:30 pm. You can still go to the The Sherbino after my class!
I am offering discounts on my services, classes and workshops (that I teach-- not from other teachers) that evening ONLINE and in person. I'll have little gift bags with the punchcards, meditation workshops, wellness services gift certificates including Soulful Women's Growth Group which launches in January. This group grew out of the women's circle which I had to put on hold while out recovering.

What a beautiful portrayal of the ups and downs of a spiritual emergency or psycho-spiritual crisis! I can relate to every phrase that popped up as this artist demonstrates some of the energy and struggle of such a personal event.

Gentle Stretch, Breathwork and Meditaiton class at Bee True You Wellness & Creative Studio on Monday mornings has always been all levels.

AND IT IS NOW OFFERED AS A DONATION BASED, COMMUNITY CLASS.

We don’t want being short on funds to prevent you from the possibilities of the healing from these ancient practices.

Gatekeeping . . . in yoga and meditation. How much of it is coming from a studio or teachers versus our individual preconceived ideas of limiting one self due to being too old, too injured, too fat, too stiff? Or preventing ourselves from trying it based on thoughts that it’s new age? Or the attitude that it’s a practice only for skinny, flexible, white women. Far from it. Yoga and meditation is for everyone— if you are open.

Here we teach in a mystical way, honoring whatever belief system you have and whatever level you are in your journey. And we teach via a trauma informed approach (trained from two organizations) and based on lived experience of healing from trauma with these practices.

Messages through music . . . Just when you truly need that message.
We all have had these moments.
It happens so much for me, that I have decided to share some of these uplifting moments, in hopes of uplifting YOU.
I was immensely frustrated last week.
I meditated, listened to a spiritual talk, and then this somg came on as I headed up in the mountains to cycle into wilderness with heavy legs and thoughts that needed to shift.
“When your mind feels like a burden . . . when you are acting out of fear . . . There is hope. Laugh a little more.”
Titlle of this song is “Just a litte more.“ I kept hearing “trust a little more. “

I was able to squeeze in that bike ride before It rained the rest of the day.
I was blessed to go to soak in hot springs in the rain after and met a young man — with a spiritual tatto with two ravens 🐦‍⬛ that represent thoughts and memory.
I will pause there, but you might get how this all tied together.
Being a yogi or Yogini, you have practices that help shift the mind to put everything into perspective that is uplifting.
