The holiday party has come to a close! Where did the year go? Our community has navigated a difficult year, adapting to the changes brought about by the closures of hospitals, specialists, and primary care facilities. 🚨 Notification Regarding Parking Lot Access🚨 We have just received word from our building's owner that the entrance to our parking lot is undergoing repairs to meet code requirements. The local township has been informed and is permitting street parking along Swarthmore Avenue without issuing tickets. Please allow extra time for arrival and parking. We will provide updates on the progress and anticipate the work to continue throughout the week.

DCHD advises you to request your Crozer medical records as soon as possible, because Prospect has not responded to inquiries about how long the below resources will be available.

There are 2 main ways to get copies of your medical records (both are FREE, you will NOT be prompted to enter any type of payment information):

With as easy as 2 clicks, (see pictures below), you’ll be able to select between our four providers and pick a date and time you want as the link takes you to our Healow app booking site.

We encourage this as we navigate the increase in phone calls. We are accepting new patients. We are staying in Ridley park like we have been since the 1960s! Thank you again for your patience. Please spread the word.
