❄️ BLIZZARD OF 2026 UPDATE ❄️

Move Well PT will be closed tomorrow due to the blizzard conditions.

The roads are rough, visibility is low, and we want everyone staying safe and warm. 💙

If you have an appointment scheduled, we will be reaching out to reschedule as soon as possible.

In the meantime:
✔️ Do your home exercises
✔️ Stay moving safely indoors
✔️ Avoid shoveling like an Olympic event

I always feel a little awkward wearing team jackets outside of events, BUTTT I got this one while being the Team USA PT at Alysa Liu and Ilia Malinin’s FIRST international event!!!!

They were rockstars then and are epic now. There is no time like now to live in this jacket to cheer them on. Cannot be more excited and pumped to see them rock this world stage.

GO TEAM USA!!!

If you’re shoveling, ask for help when possible, pay attention to your mechanics, and take frequent breaks. Cold temperatures and heavy exertion can put extra stress on the body.

Cold weather encourages layering, resting, and avoiding unnecessary movement.

Your joints tend to express their displeasure when it’s finally time to get off the couch and head back to the office.

Me: I’m tired of putting random inserts in people’s shoes and finding them months later like lost artifacts.
Also me: Buys a 3D printer with zero chill.

We’re officially printing custom orthotics…designed from how your body actually loads, moves, and compensates.
If we need to make a change? Wow, we can.
We just print another one. No more waiting weeks for a new pair.

Now… hopefully this works in real life the way it does in my brain 😅
Thankfully, we have some wonderful first-line testers, so here’s hoping.
