New FREE class at Anytime Fitness in RifleCO!
Learn how your pelvic floor, core and glutes are supposed to work together and leave with concrete exercises to make that happen!
Discussion and exercises will be focused on getting great core connection for muscle and strength gains WITHOUT pelvic floor symptoms that might otherwise keep you from your goals. We will start with breath work and body positioning and move to weighted exercise. So no matter your fitness level or experience, you will leave with expert tips and greater confidence.
