(Repost): We are currently recruiting participants from 10/1/2025 to 10/25/2025 for a FREE 8-week study (11/1/2025-12/31/2025) designed to explore user engagement and experiences with Symmio™. This study is open to adults (between 18-65 years of age) who are interested in improving their movement health.
We know that poor musculoskeletal health can significantly impact one’s ability to perform daily activities and maintain overall well-being. Symmio™, a digital health application, uses research-validated screening tools to assess musculoskeletal risk and generate personalized plans to support movement health and injury prevention.
The purpose of the research is to investigate your user engagement and user experience with the Symmio™ application over an 8-week period. If you participate in my project, you will be asked to try Symmio™ (at no cost to you) and share your thoughts and experiences with us via three short online surveys.
With Symmio™, participants will be able to:
* Test their overall movement and lifestyle quality
* Identify the most effective pathways for health and wellness improvements
* Receive daily recommendations designed to optimize physical readiness
* Reduce the risk of potential injuries during physical activity
* Balance their mental, emotional, nutritional, and physical well-being.
