Movements for the small and large intestines.
Inflammation in the gut (intestines) causes a lot of symptoms and keeps the body’s stress response activated. These movements can help improve the health of the small and large intestines and relieve constipation and gas but should be accompanied with lifestyle and dietary changes.
The movements on the right and left foot are slightly different.
Start on the right foot and do the downward lines for the small intestines. Between the small and large intestines is the ileocecal valve and the movement for that is a spiral drill. The movement for the appendix is a small figure 8 in the same area. The movement for the large intestines goes up vertically on the outside of the foot and then horizontally all the way across the foot.
The movement for the small intestines on the left foot is the same as on the right, downward vertical lines. The large intestine starts horizontally to the outside of the foot, then vertically down, then horizontally toward the middle edge of the foot and then it wraps around on the inside ankle. This last part should only be done with fingers, the inside of the ankle is too tender for knuckles.
Drink water, eat a balanced macro and micro diet, move daily, and breathe deeply.

Go to baseline as often as needed.
In a conversation with .yogastudio we were talking about fighting the feelings of needing to do more, not feeling guilty on the days when our best is less than we have accomplished before, and how to appreciate and rebound from the simple moments.
She mentioned that the days we do less than we have before we aren’t failing, we are just making time for our baseline. We aren’t neglecting our priorities, we are making room for our baseline.
What is our baseline, I think of it as the minimal amount of attention we can give sometime where it still feels like a priority and it stays a habit in our life. If that thing is important to us then we won’t stay at baseline, we will give it more attention most of the time but we will always give it at least baseline.
So instead of being frustrated when the things that get your attention shift, be grateful that you made time for your baseline. There is always time for your baseline.

What makes E (energy) change?
Since C (speed of light) is a constant, meaning it never changes, then it doesn’t change energy. The only thing left is M (mass or matter). This means that energy and matter are interchangeable. Everything has or is energy.
A couple relatable examples:
1- The difference between colors is the frequency of their wavelengths. Said another way, change the energy (wavelength) of a color and it changes color.
2- Increase the energy of water and it turns into steam. Decrease the energy of water and it turns into ice.
Everything in the body is energy. Cells, organs, and the body each have an optimal frequency. These frequencies are reflected on the feet and can be manipulated with foot zone therapy. Just as they are reflected on the back and can be manipulated with acupuncture.
Injuries, illness, and emotions can all affect frequencies so gratitude, recovery, rest, balanced nutrition, and sunlight are all tools for health.
