I started this little thing called Keto OS and I have been loving it!!!
I don't know her personally but I love❤ what she says here...

"Before starting I said I can't afford it! I don't like shakes. I'm a foodie. I'm a nurse and I know what good nutrition is. A program like that isn't realistic. It's a pyramid scheme." Sorry I haven't posted. We have had Huge changes in our house the last week.
