New Concept Healthcare A family practice specializing in low cost healthcare for the uninsured. We are a family practice founded in 2005 by Dr. Jack D. Heneisen.

Specializing in uninsured care, we have cut out the insurance billing department present in most doctor's offices and pass the savings on to our patients. We charge a $50 flat fee for a regular office visit (increasing to $60 as of January 1st, 2018) and also have markedly discounted prices on other services such as blood work and minor surgical procedures.
