Teaching Trans Folx to Thrive

Join us for a day centered on trans joy, resilience, and real-world tools for thriving.
This gathering brings together trans and gender-expansive community members for learning, connection, and shared wisdom. We’ll focus on building skills, strengthening support, and creating space where trans lives are affirmed and valued.

✨ Supervision Group Schedule (Waitlist Open) ✨

We’re sharing our supervision group themes through August 🌿
🗓 First & second Friday of each month
⏰ 3:30–5:30pm EST (US)

Our work blends parts-informed, expressive, somatic, and depth-oriented practices to support clinical growth and personal reflection.

March–August themes include:
🖊 Guided journaling
🌙 Jungian feminist EXAT
🎶 Bilateral rhythms
🔥 Seasonal ritual
🛡 Elemental shield work
🎭 Empowerment masks

Sometimes the darkness takes ahold of me. Music, movement, & dance offer a path to the light through curiosity & flow. Even small movements help us remember that movement is possible. The cyclical rhythms of nature remind us we won't be stuck in the darkness forever.

Rising Heart Studios is all about positive forms of self-expression. We want to help you find your path to creativity, passion, and personal growth. We provide therapeutic services and artistry full of emotion. Sarah is an artist, licensed professional counselor, and registered art therapist. Billy is an artist, sculptor, music maker, and professional welder.

The artistry you find at Rising Heart Studios has depth and meaning. Behind the scenes, Sarah and Billy work together to figure out art techniques that will maximize the therapeutic value of pieces created by clients in art therapy sessions with Sarah.
