6:30pm- Share Groups Recovery at Ringgold meets every Thursday night at Ringgold United Methodist Church. Childcare is provided!

This is a Christ-centered, Biblically-grounded recovery program that’s based on the 12 steps and the proven principals of AA, NA and Al Anon that restores the lives of individuals and/or their family members suffering from addictions and/or emotional distress. All people who have hurts, habits or hang-ups will find comfort and encouragement within this ministry! It is a ministry for our community, led by our community. NIGHTLY SCHEDULE:

6:15-7:30PM – Worship (Multi-purpose Room) Join people in the Contemporary Worship Space for food, live music, milestone celebrations, and a very relevant message The service is VERY casual and all people will connect - we all need healing and hope, this is room where you will hear about the experience, strength and hope of other people in recovery while focusing in on the love and grace of Jesus - our Higher Power!

7:30-8:15PM – Sharing Groups (Classrooms) Join a group that helps people with issues ranging from chemical addiction and compulsive behaviors to codependency and just struggling with life. Plan to chat with the orientation person your first night to find out which group is right for you. Current Groups:

Recovery @ Ringgold meets every Thursday rain, shine, and snow if we can get there. We don’t even miss holidays. Hosted by RUMC at 7484 Nashville St, Ringgold, GA 30736. Recovery At Ringgold is a program for anyone who struggles with any of the addictive issues and compulsive behaviors that make our lives unmanageable. That’s a lot more than just alcohol and drugs. It can help anyone who needs a fresh start. Come join in - get your life back!

Our Story

Recovery at Ringgold meets every Thursday night at Ringgold United Methodist Church. This is a Christ-centered, Biblically-grounded recovery program that’s based on the 12 steps and the proven principals of AA, NA and Al Anon that restores the lives of individuals and/or their family members suffering from addictions and/or emotional distress. All people who have hurts, habits or hang-ups will find comfort and encouragement within this ministry! It is a ministry for our community, led by our community. NIGHTLY SCHEDULE: 6:00 PM – “Happy 1/4 Hour” (Main Lobby) Grab a bite to eat on your way to worship - this free snack supper is a great chance to catch up with folks and feed your belly before you go into feed your soul! The food will be available until 6:15pm and you are welcome to bring it into worship if you're running late. The food is free, but donations are welcome. 6:30-7:30 PM – Worship (Multi-purpose Room) Join people in the Contemporary Worship Space for live music, milestone celebrations, and a very relevant message streamed to us from the Recovery Central Campus in Knoxville, TN. The service is VERY casual and all people will connect - we all need healing and hope, this is room where you will hear about the experience, strength and hope of other people in recovery while focusing in on the love and grace of Jesus - our Higher Power! 7:30ish - 8:30PM – Sharing Groups (Classrooms) Join one of several different groups that help people with issues ranging from chemical addiction and compulsive behaviors to grief recovery and codependency. Plan to chat with the orientation person your first night to find out which group is right for you. 8:30-9:00 PM – Coffee Shop & Conversation (Main Lobby) This is an opportunity to stay and keep the conversation going. Recovery concepts will be discussed and someone who wanted feedback or further discussion on a certain topic could get it. No child care is provided for this time frame. Children's programming is provided for ages 5 years through 5th Grade and a Nursery is available for 4 years through infants.
