I’m so grateful to officially offer Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) using therapeutic-grade, hand-hammered singing bowls. These bowls are gently placed on or around the body, allowing vibration and sound to relax the nervous system and calm the mind— like an internal massage.

✨ The Self-Care Sunday Mini Retreat at the Tree of Life Shoppe and Raven’s Nest Salt Room was a beautiful, soul-nourishing experience.

Hosted by the amazing Lisa Mo—Yoga Flow with Lisa Mo, the day offered space for deep rest, gentle yoga and meditation, an immersive sound bath by Lindsey—Lindsey Balas Yoga, relaxing chair massage sessions—Pure Rose Bodywork, salt room rejuvenation—Raven's Nest Salt Room, nourishing tea and bites, heartfelt conversation, and creative expression. And of course shopping —Tree of Life Shoppe

It was an honor to be part of this full-day retreat devoted entirely to you. 🌿💆‍♀️💖

I’ve added a beautiful new enhancement to all services and spa packages that include the Ionic Foot Detox — a gentle foot scrub and moisturizing cream to bring even more care, softness, and intention to your session.

This small upgrade is part of my ongoing intention to add more value, more nurturing, and more relaxation to every visit. You’ll notice a slight adjustment in price to reflect this addition — but as always, your experience is at the heart of everything here. 💛
