It expands your capacity to love, express and expand your light within and send it outward into your world.

We practice when we are happy and when we are sad, when we are well and when we are ill, when it’s easy to and when it's a challenge and so on.

Our practice may not always look the same or feel the same with each practice but it’s not suppose to. Just as everyday is different, so are we
