As we end 2025, I want to encourage you to let go of your past. Focus on the present and creating the future you dream of. Do not make resolutions, rather develop actionable steps and tasks to accomplish your goals.

Life brings us all challenges that we cannot imagine. Some are joyous and some are heart breaking. We cannot imagine fall or rise. Choose to rise.

September is Su***de Awareness Month. Sadly almost everyone knows someone who has lost their life to su***de and/or know someone who struggles to stay alive. I never believed it would be in my own family. Ultimate depression can hit any family. Know the signs and do not be afraid to reach out and get the person help. YOU can save a life!
