Starr County Nursing and Transitional Care We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and thatโ€™s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

We had so much fun at our Share the Warmth Community Giveaway! โ„๏ธ๐Ÿ’™ Thank you to everyone who stopped by to see us and helped make this event so meaningful. Because of the teamwork from our department leaders and the generosity of our community partners, we were able to provide over FIFTY space heaters, beanies, and warm cups of soup to neighbors in need during these colder days!
