Our Silver Sneakers “Muscular Strength & Range of Movement” classes are designed to help older adults improve functional skills for daily living, such as increased strength and mobility. These 50 minute, multi-level, equipment-based sessions use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a ball, and a chair for seated or standing support.

Join us every Tuesday & Friday at 11:00AM. Classes are included with your Miracles membership. Guests and Drop Ins are welcome.
