welcome to another affirmation monday! last week we learned to be ourselves, this weeks affirmation is:
"I embrace the process of growth, including its challenges"
growth has always been painful and challenging for everyone, starting with our bodies as children. The pain we suffered as kids so we could grow and mature goes beyond physical. we make mistakes, we hurt people, we say the wrong thing, these are all lessons, if we look past the guilt and shame, to teach us how to be better in the future. blessed be!!!
