✔ Pace yourself with activity
Whether you’re dancing, walking long distances, or lifting kids and coolers, move with intention to avoid strains.
✔ Hydrate and rest
Your muscles and joints perform better when you’re hydrated (and tomorrow will feel a lot better too).
