Lauderdale Community Hospital (LCH) LCH is a 25-bed critical access hospital providing high-quality care distinguished by high patient satisfaction ratings.

At Lauderdale Community Hospital, we are committed to providing high-quality medical care in a friendly hospital environment. We offer a broad range of services including Emergency, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab, Surgery Services, Radiology, Laboratory, Physical Rehabilitation, Acute Care, Respiratory Therapy and Skilled Nursing and Rehab (Swing Bed). We now have an inpatient Alcohol Detox program for insured patients seeking alcohol treatment. We offer withdrawal management or Detox services for those requiring medical monitoring and medical care during the process. Our staff includes dedicated and skilled physicians representing a wide range of medical specialties as well as caring and experienced physician assistants, nurses, medical technicians, and support staff. The staff has numerous resources available ranging from modern equipment to advanced patient care software. PHYSICIAN INFORMATION:
Lauderdale Community Hospital is proud to offer a growing number of physicians to Lauderdale County in our Physician Office Building. These physicians see patients in one of our three office suites within our POB.

Lauderdale Community Hospital (LCH) has been recognized by the Tennessee Hospital Association (THA) in this year’s Zero Harm Awards for achieving ZERO healthcare-associated infections in all four major categories:

✅ Central Line-Associated Bloodstream Infections (CLABSI)
✅ Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTI)
✅ Clostridium difficile Infections (CDI)
✅ Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)

This prestigious award celebrates hospitals that build a strong culture of safety and provide exceptional care by preventing serious infections. Out of 106 hospitals recognized across the state, only 16—including LCH—achieved the highest honor for reporting zero hospital-wide infections in 2024! 💪
