Full Time Position for a Certified Medical Assistant:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Triage patients
Input patient information into EMR
Run in clinic labs on patients
Give immunizations and injections.
Schedule appointments for patient referrals
Obtain PAs for appointments and medications
Maintain accurate records with our VFC program
Maintain in-house lab equipment and records for CLIA
Scan information into EMR
Must be a motivated team player with an outgoing personality willing to work in all aspects of the clinic
Work accurately and efficiently in a quick paced family practice medical clinic.

Prefer 3-5 years experience with all ages in a medical clinic setting. Must be a Certified Medical Assistant.
Must be willing to train as a receptionist.

Pay is based on experience. No questions will be answered online.

Position Available!!
I am looking to fill a full-time receptionist position. I prefer a MA or PCT that can fill in as a triage assistant when needed. Must be able to multitask, be detail oriented and be personable with all patients and co-workers. We are a growing busy clinic and want a teammate to help us continue to grow. Training will be provided. You will be working 40-42 hours weekly Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities will include:
Verifying insurances and demographics on every patient at every visit.
Preparing all paperwork for patient visit prior to and at time of appointment.
Helping answer phones.
Checking patient's in and out of EMR at appointments.
Scanning information into patient chart as needed.
Maintaining office supplies and reporting needed office supplies in a timely manner.
Maintaining office equipment in a good working order.
Faxing paperwork as needed and retrieving and distributing faxes as needed.
Keeping our front area clean, neat, and stocked for patient's.
Assisting others in the office as needed.
Maintaining the highest level of privacy on all patient's at all times.
Be willing to learn and grow in your position.
