This week, our staff kicked off a fun new activity to keep our bodies moving during the busiest season of the year. Each day, they will pick one functional exercise and perform it once every hour. 💪

Why? 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

… Because staying active shouldn’t wait until January.

… Because we believe healthy habits can start now, even in the middle of holiday cookies, Christmas shopping, and all the hustle and bustle.

So if you see us dropping into squats, rows, lunges, or standing balance drills, don’t worry, we’re not losing it—we’re practicing what we preach!
