If you’ve never experienced Distance Reiki, you might be wondering what actually happens. 🤔
At your scheduled time, you simply lie down in your own space. No Zoom. No talking. No performance.

I begin the session just as I would in person, working intentionally within your energetic field. I move through areas that feel heavy, overactive, or blocked, allowing your system to soften and recalibrate.

You don’t have to visualize anything.
You don’t have to “do it right.”
You just rest.

After the session, I send notes about what was supported and anything that came through.
Some people feel warmth or tingling. Some feel emotional release. Some simply notice better sleep or a lighter mood. There’s no one right way to experience it.

You rest.
I guide the session.💜

You don’t have to be falling apart for your body to need support.
Sometimes it’s more subtle than that.
You’re functioning.
You’re handling responsibilities.
But your nervous system feels stretched thin underneath it all.

Distance Reiki is especially supportive during seasons when:
• you’re holding space for everyone else
• you don’t have the capacity to go anywhere
• talking everything through feels exhausting
• your body feels tense even when your mind says you’re fine

This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about giving your system room to settle.
You rest. I hold the space.💜

Many people are curious about Distance Reiki… and also a little skeptical.
That’s completely normal.
Energy doesn’t need a commute. Reiki works within the energetic field, which isn’t limited by physical space. You don’t have to be in the same room for your nervous system to respond to intentional energy work.
During a distance session, you’re in your own space. I begin just as I would in person, working intentionally and intuitively within your field. Afterward, I send notes about what was supported.

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing more about how this works and who it’s especially supportive for.
For now, just know this: you can receive without leaving home.
