Yoga is coming to the Omro Area Community Center!

Tracy Matthias of Lotus Root Yoga llc is joining us as our teacher on Sunday, January 25th. Classes will be $10 per person. Please bring your own mat for All Levels Yoga.

Qi Gong

Wednesdays (beginning Jan 7)
5:30-6:30 pm

Appropriate for all fitness and experience levels, this standing movement class is derived from Shaolin Ba Duan Jin, or eight brocades qi gong (pronounced chee gong).

With origins in the ancient Chinese internal meditative practices of Daoism, this energetic practice combines slow flowing movements, visualization and deep breathing to unify mind, body and spirit.

Led by Robyn Davis Bartow.

With an interest in esoteric philosophy and practice since studying religion in college, Robyn loves exploring the dynamic balance that drives mind, body, and spiritual health. She is actively pursuing Zen teacher training and is inspired to assist others in cultivating their own innate wisdom, compassion, and skillful living. She enjoyed learning tai chi with Vydun Tumas for a number of years and currently studies Shaolin style Ba Duan Jin with Dan Rotnem. Robyn is excited to bring this energizing practice of qi gong to her hometown community.
