Hey ladies I already know alot of you dont like the new hip Thrust we got and honestly I dont care for it either so I just ordered this one shipping is 4-6 wks but I think you guys will love this one. GYM UPDATE !! Hey guys britt and I decided we are going to keep the gym 24hrs we will be bringing in a scan card lock for the door for you guys to get in and also decided for the store we will be purchasing smart vending machines that has all our drinks and meals and protein bars in to make it easy and convenient for you guys

Hey guys i just have to give so much thanks and praise to my fiancee britt shes has been working her butt off non stop past month trying to get this gym all ready for the rebranding as far as design , layout, logos, the store, setting up all our suppliers, learning an entire new system for memberships there is so much work going into this you guys are going to be amazed with how it turns out cant wait for our re grand opening june 13th really big things to come 💪💪
