Michael has worked for East Adams EMS for the last 4 years as an EMT and Field Training Officer. Michael recently completed paramedic school and passed all the necessary testing to earn his Paramedic license. If you see him out and about tell him congratulations!

🎄👮‍♂️ Shop with a First Responder – Ritzville Police Department 👩‍🚒🎁

The Ritzville Police Department is proud to host Shop with a First Responder, a special holiday event that pairs local children with first responders for a morning of shopping, cocoa, and holiday cheer.

This program helps ensure local families have gifts under the tree, while building positive connections between our youth and the first responders who serve our community every day. Each child shopped for family members, followed by gift wrapping to make the holiday season even more special.

We had a great time gathering our fellow fire districts and law enforcement officers to participate in a training for helicopter safety, patient packaging, and setting up landing zones!

These kinds of multi agency trainings allow us to provide seamless patient care when needed!

Thank you Airlift Northwest for coming down to spend the afternoon with all of us! And thank you to all our local fire departments and local police department for joining us.
