This wonderful patient came in saying, “I just want to watch TV without lifting my eyelids!”
I performed upper and lower lid blepharoplasty — removing excess skin and carefully sculpting the fat pads around her eyes. Her brows sit naturally low and her eyes are deep-set, so my goal wasn’t to create a dramatic “makeup lid,” but to make her eyes feel lighter, more open, and refreshed.
Three months later… mission accomplished!
Her eyes look brighter, and she can finally relax without those lids getting in the way.

😍 Treatment: Upper & Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty (for hooded, heavy upper eyelids and bags under the eyes)
🤩 Goal: be able to watch TV without having to use my fingers to lift up my eyelids, and get rid of bags under the eyes.
🤑 Cost: $5,750-$8,000 for upper lids, and $6,850 to $9,500 for Lower lids. When doing both - the range is between $11,300 to $16,000. We accept PatientFi and Care Credit Financing.
😜 Downtime: 2 weeks for bruising, 6 weeks for swelling. I like to over-estimate the downtime, in case patients have a wedding or TV appearance, so I usually say 8 weeks of swelling for lower lids. You can hide most things with make-up 2 weeks after the procedure.
🥴 Anesthesia: Uppers are almost always done with local numbing medication in the office. Lowers need twilight sedation.
