For those of you who knew Moose, he was an ever present creature in the office. He was loved by clients and anyone who met him. He would know how to get you out of dysregulation by bringing a stinky toy over or crop dusting you at the perfect time. We think of moose on what would have been his 10th birthday. Thank you for all of your love and wet slobbers.

Today wraps up our women’s group! We focused on integration of our different parts of self. We made integration vision boards as a visual representation of our growth and values. Thank you ladies for allowing Grounding Root Therapy to host you all. You’ve been awesome!

Week 7 of our women’s group focused on the physical self. We spoke about the messages we may have received about how our bodies should look-whether it’s from social media, from family or cultural. Our activity was a body narrative and our group members developed beautiful art through this prompt.

We had an amazing Women’s group this afternoon! The focus was our hidden selves and expressing what it looks like in each of us as a creative arts therapy exercise. We had such creative expressions that we can’t help to be in awe of!
