Yoga Studio Live Free Yoga Studio is a yoga studio that is literally for every "body". Yes, even for you too!

Anyone, regardless of age, gender or physical ability, is welcome to come work with their body and mind in our intimate, non-competitive space. Our instructors are dedicated to making every class a safe, uplifting, and life-transforming yogic experience, and although each instructor has their own unique style of teaching, all of us share the same mission; to offer classes that will educate and assist you in your practice, helping you realize and reach your potential. Our small class sizes provide you with personalized attention to ensure maximum safety and benefits. Every time you take a class at Live Free Yoga Studio you will make progress; whether it be reaching one more inch closer to your toes, or holding a tough pose for a few seconds longer than last time. You set your intention and we will help you get there! Live Free Yoga Studio intends to create a community of like-minded people who are looking to support each other and work together to “live free” from pain, mental disease, and mental/physical stiffness. Through the practices of yoga, meditation, qi gong/tai chi, and other wellness services offered, this can be achieved.

Join Us for a Half-Day Meditation Retreat on July 19th.
We are excited to invite you to a half-day meditation retreat on July 19th, from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM, taking place at Body Positive Works in Saddle River with our meditation and mindfulness trainer, Mark Van Buren. This retreat provides an excellent opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and dedicate time to mindfulness and self-reflection. The session will focus on practical meditation techniques that you can incorporate into your everyday routine, making it accessible whether you’re a beginner or have prior experience.
