This spring and summer, take a deep dive into self-discovery as we take you on a journey with our “I am...” campaign! This journey will take you through classes, special events, email and social media prompts, games, challenges, and quizzes--take time to shift focus from WHAT you do to WHO you are, claiming a deeper, more personal identity and honoring your true self!

The Abundant Yoga Community is an amazing local organization that is near and dear to us. They strive to make yoga accessible to everyone in our community by offering many free/donation based classes each month (Karma Yoga!), and by offering grants to teachers and offering scholarships to a number of local studios (including Healing Roots!).

They are hoping to raise $2,000 during their 24-hour campaign (Give Big Valleys Day of Giving) TOMORROW, Tuesday, April 28th! If you would like to contribute, your donation (of any size) will go toward an amazing cause!

As we move into May, we will offer an event kicking off our "I Am" campaign, a Perimenopause Retreat, a Sound Bath, a High Vibe Meditation Night, and *Free* Karma Yoga!
