Lisa is lovely, caring, and fun, and brings so much love, light, and vision to Healing Roots! As a life coach, reiki master, and author, Lisa has much to offer!

In the studio, Lisa offers Community Spirit Circles (monthly), Chakra Balancing Workshops (every other month), and has a Vision Board Workshop scheduled for January! You can also purchase a copy of Lisa's "Shine Your Light" journal in our Maker's Market (or online).

Our next Community Spirit Circle is happening on Saturday, November 8th!!

Join Lisa Dempsey in the studio one Saturday each month to find inspiration, encouragement, connection, support, and new perspectives as you explore life’s changes, challenges, and triumphs in a small group setting. This group will explore a variety of topics, with the intention of empowering attendees as individuals and as a group. All are welcome to attend!

Happy Sunday! This week, in addition to our regular weekly classes, you can join us for a Community Grief Circle, Community Acupuncture, and "A Brave New Becoming" Cacao Ceremony!

Instructor Highlight: Andrea!

Andrea is an absolute gem! She is thoughtful, kind, fun, and offers deep connection and amazing support to the people around her. Andrea is an integrative grief guide, yoga instructor, massage therapist, and reiki practitioner. She has a beautiful way of blending these healing modalities, breathwork, ceremony, and ritual in her classes and workshops. We are incredibly grateful for Andrea and for the love, light, healing spaces (and gorgeous nature mandalas!) she brings to Healing Roots!

In the studio, Andrea offers a weekly Community Grief Circle, annual Solstice & Equinox Gatherings/Circles, and is planning to offer a Graceful Exit Retreat (blending the sacred and the practical to soulfully prepare for the end of life).

Online, Andrea offers 1:1 grief work and *free* Tender Days Grief Circles. Founding memberships (50% off!) are coming in December!

In our busy world, it can feel so good to take time to mindfully slow down, to be present, and to move with intention!

Join Jessica Nelson in the studio next Monday, October 27th, for our first Micro Motion workshop! Explore extreme deceleration as we mindfully slow down--stretching time through micro-movements and deliberate attention. Connect with your body, breath, and emotions as you observe sensation, thought, and slow, intentional movement.

Micro Motion is for anyone curious about alternative ways of being, moving, and perceiving. No experience is necessary!
