The community aspect keeps prices low/very affordable. Amber is an incredibly skilled acupuncturist AND an absolutely lovely human. Happy February! This week, in addition to our weekly classes, we are offering the next class in our Foundations of Yoga series, Community Acupuncture, and a Sound Bath (with Harmony Hands Reiki).

As we move through the month, we will offer two Community Grief Circles, classes 5-6 in our "Foundations of Yoga" series, "The Altar of Your Heart" Cacao Ceremony, a High Vibe Meditation Night, *free* Karma Yoga, a Perimenopause Talk (in partnership with RFCE), and a Graceful Exit Retreat! So many good things ahead!

As always, you can join us in the studio to "Pair It Up!" (take 2 classes or workshops in a week and save $5!). Add both classes to your cart and enter code "PairItUp$5" at checkout!

Mark your calendar...Andrea Gerrard, grief educator & integrative guide, is leading our first "Graceful Exit Retreat" February 27th-28th!

This gentle and grounded mini-retreat invites you to begin preparing for the end of life (no matter your age!) with intention, love, and maybe even a little laughter. Spend the weekend creating your "Graceful Exit Binder" - exploring and working through thoughtfully-crafted binder inserts and templates (that are provided for you), and leave with a very clear framework so that you can finalize both the logistical and soulful sections in a way that feels gentle and doable. Balance the sacred with the practical and leave with your heart a little lighter, your binder a little fuller, and your people a whole lot better off when the time comes!

Our "Foundations of Yoga" series is underway and we would love to have you join us! These classes are perfect for those brand new to yoga or for anyone interested in revisiting (or learning!) the basics in a mindful, supportive setting.

On Monday, February 2nd, join Deb Martin for "Chanting, Mantra, and Hatha Flow." Participants of this class will be able to experience, understand, and listen to offered chanting sounds in a verbal offered sound bath experience. We will learn about Hatha yoga practice through concepts offered and asana (guided posture) practice and we will be guided through chanting a mantra together.

Grief can feel incredibly heavy and isolating. In those heavy moments, connection and support can make all the difference. At Healing Roots, we honor the ancient tradition of gathering in a circle, where each voice is heard and every story respected. Andrea Gerrard will guide you into this sacred space, as we hold each other’s grief with compassion, fostering a supportive environment for sharing, healing, and comfort. Rooted in the belief that grief is best tended to when witnessed by others, our circle offers an opportunity to be seen and heard without judgment. All are welcome to attend.

Our Community Grief Circle is a safe, welcoming space for anyone carrying any type of grief. All are welcome to attend and drop ins are always welcome.
