Join Andrea Gerrard in the studio for a Winter Solstice Circle that welcomes the return of the sun! This sacred evening weaves candlelight, restorative yoga, Reiki infused crystals, and the soothing vibration of crystal singing bowls to guide us into deep stillness as we pause to remember that even in our darkest hour, something bright is always stirring within.

Later this month, we are offering a High Vibe Meditation Night, "Ignite Your Inner Fire: Winter Yoga & Meditation," and *free* Karma Yoga!
