We just added a traction machine as another option to provide back relief. Traction is a great option to help people stretch out their back and take pressure off their herniated discs. River Falls Spine Chiropractic & Wellness Center is seeking a part time Office Assistant. We are an established and growing clinic, continuing to positively impact the health of the people of River Falls and surrounding communities.

The applicant we are seeking would be:

• Attentive to detail and accuracy
• Professional

• Energetic/Self Starter
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality
• An effective communicator
• Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills

Job responsibilities include:
• Greeting patients
• Answering a multiline phone
• Scheduling appointments
• Collecting patient payments
• Rooming patients
• Using copier, fax, scanner, credit card reader
• Verifying insurances
• Some billing/entering insurance and patients
• Insurance inquiries
• General clerical duties/pulling/filing charts
• General office & bathroom cleaning

Compensation
• Part time (28 to 32 hours per week)
• $15-17 / hr. depending on qualifications
• Free chiropractic care
