Love Embodied is a way of BEING! It’s who you ARE! I teach people how to become unconditional fr We also offer group fitness classes and one on one classes also!

We offer many different alternative therapies and have a range of different practitioners, so that you can get the best healing possible for your needs. The practitioners that work at the center is Natasha. Brittany is our fitness guru
JJ is our yoga master

Gut health appointments are back!

What would it be like to eat food without any symptoms of bloating, cramping, rushing to the bathroom, skin reactions, etc

The best part about working with me isn’t that you get the result you came to me for believe it or not

Relaxed and calm

My client that I worked with yesterday and finished up at 4 has already had a conversation with her mom that she has put off for months, it came automatically! Zero thinking, because she’s not in her head!

She got the best sleep waking up completely refreshed, shocking her parents to why she was up already

This human experience has me in awe

The body is so miraculous

It holds the memories of every lived experience you have ever had from the perception you had at that time

My work is to get to the truth with absolute love with God

So you can create what you and God have planned all along

Maybe you have forgot
Maybe you remember
Maybe you know there is more for you

My life’s work keeps unfolding within me
I always knew there was more for me
One experience leads me to the next

Years ago, I had everything or so it looked that way, but underneath I knew something was not right

That knowing has brought me to where I am today

I was willing to be with God and all of myself in the absolute truth

No hiding, like we can hide anything from God🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

Merging love and truth together as one

What I found was profound

2 hemispheres of the brain wired to work against each other

Left side
Analytical, logical, facts and has to know every detail before making a decision

Right side
Emotional, creative and it will never have every detail because it doesn’t care about about how, blind faith is a must

Now the brain from that stand point is already at odds with each other which means the body is at odds with itself because the left side of brain controls the right side of the body and the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body

Here’s where it gets good

The left side of the brain is actually for truth
The right side of the brain is for love

Let that sink in

Now We Are at a point in evolution where we are being asked to merge the two together in perfect harmony

You can not only come from one side, you require both so your body can be in harmony with life and God

The body is a pressurized system

It holds all of you

Every experience you have ever had in this lifetime and all the lifetimes before this one

The good, the bad, the ugly and amazing

When we deny ourselves of being all of us because we don’t want to really know ourselves as a whole, the pressure builds

When pressure builds in our body, it starts to create chaos within creating physical pain and disease

These symptoms will get way worse if you don’t ask the right questions of yourself and be with the unfolding of yourself to the answer

To create change in the world, first you must change within yourself without this step you will never be able to hold the dreams within your heart

This is not airy fairy light work, personal development or anything of the such

It’s deep work with God to let yourself unfold into the unknown with trust and faith within yourself to take the next step within your journey of life no matter where you are

To find your heart, your purpose and gain your inner standing of who you are at your core

No fluff, no bs, Just straight up love and truth for yourself

Your gut health has way more then what you eat!

It has to do more to do with your level of confidence, worthiness and the small moments to have the courage to be authentic to yourself

Doubt, fear and playing your life small keeps your body in a prison

Your solar plexus is 2 inches above your belly button, this is the energy center of confidence and the energy that feeds your digestive system, when it is completely open and fully functioning you are living in being who you truly are, authentic to you! On Thursday I woke up to the most beautiful message from my client with a video of her granddaughter crawling for the first time!

They came in for their monthly appointment and I overheard her telling my husband that she’s 10 months and hasn’t started crawling yet 😳

Babies should be crawling around 6 months, the hairs on the back of my neck stood up!

They bring the baby with because she watches her on the days she and her other daughter come in

So after hearing that I asked if I could take a look at the baby also, she was like yes please!

Her back and pelvis were so tight that she couldn’t comfortably get up on hands and knees

10 minutes is all she needed for the tension to melt away and the nerves to completely open up

It is so incredibly important for babies development to roll and crawl to override reflexes
