Ashes to Enlightenment

Ashes to Enlightenment is based off our founder's life journey, from where she started out to where she is headed. Sara is the founder of Ashes To Enlightenment, she is a Trauma Informed Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Massage Therapist, Herbalist, Alchemist and Reiki Instructor. Sara has studied in multiple courses over the years, some of which she has received certificates for. God set Sara on a path to heal from the Trauma she had encountered in her own life and gave her to tools to start helping others on their healing journey. Sara has had great success in helping others find their true passions in life, helping them find peace where there used to be chaos in their minds and helping them find clarity in their specific journey. She has worked with Survivors of War, Survivors of Sexual Violence, Survivors of Domestic Violence, and Survivors of Mental/Verbal Abuse all of whom suffered with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and C-PTSD. Sara has had some great success with helping them find clarity in their lives, finding peace within themselves and helping them release stored trauma with non-verbal techniques. Our core teachings, treatments, services and practices at Ashes To Enlightenment, are based off how we believe in living life full of joy, gratitude, and good health. These beliefs help us focus on helping clients improve their overall health and wellbeing while giving them space to find what makes them who they are.
