This is brave to confess.

At some point, we must change the definition of success. Because the version the world keeps selling us is killing people from the inside out.

Success cannot continue to mean ‘produce at any cost.’

It cannot continue to be measured only by visibility, applause, or outcomes while ignoring the condition of the person doing the work.

Real success requires sustainability, self-awareness, and a nervous system that isn’t silently collapsing under pressure.

📝 Sometimes the moment that crowns you is the same moment that wounds you.

People see the brilliance, the breakout role, the headlines, the applause… but they never see the toll it takes to hold a spotlight while your spirit is quietly unraveling.

There are seasons where your greatest opportunity shows up at the exact same time your body, your mind, and your emotional reserves are begging you to slow down. And if you ignore those whispers long enough, life will raise its voice.

The real miracle is choosing yourself over the applause—choosing truth over performance, choosing healing over perfection.

The real miracle is tending to the parts of you no one claps for: your nervous system, your emotional landscape, your capacity to breathe, to feel, to rest.

We live in a culture that will praise your productivity while watching your peace collapse. It will celebrate your strength while ignoring your suffering. But you don’t have to participate in that system. You don’t have to sacrifice your well-being to be extraordinary.

🙏🏾Protect your power.
🙏🏾Protect your softness.
🙏🏾Protect the version of you that doesn’t need a stage to be worthy.

Because at the end of the day, the crown means nothing if you lose yourself wearing it.

Yahweh Sabaoth 🙌🏾 when my church tribe of women gather, expect the portals to open.

Yesterday I spent the Sabbath with hundreds of my sisters, activating our feminine power, enforcing God's word in our lives.

After cleaning up my auric field, getting some answers to my questions from God, and deciding what the rest of this year will look like for me...

I left our gathering full and in my power. My spiritual family does not play about my life. And I don't play about theirs.

I came home and grilled some lamb shoulder with caramelized onions over rice with some purple cabbage and sausage.

I sat down with my baby and we watched Brene Brown's interview on Diary of a CEO and agreed it was deeeeep.

Then I went to my sister's unpacking party and helped her move into her new home.

See... I don't talk about a culture of sisterhood I don't live. This is my real life, off the internet, outside of produced events.

I am successfully surrounded. I will it for every woman. I want us to collectively experience each other in ways that empower all of us.

This is why I'm loud and unapologetic about and raising the bar for sisterhood out of hell.

What my fortune cookie taught me today at lunch...

Before I could unwrap it, it was already broken.
But breaking it open is my favorite part.

Do I still unwrap it and see what’s inside?
Did it lose its value because it’s broken?

Like myself, I unwrapped it anyway. The message inside was already visible:

“Your success will be a testament to your perseverance.”

God is in the whispers.
God is the detail of my life.


Today, I’ve been neutralizing the grief that comes with learning sacred pace and quiet success. But as the cookie said…

I am the testimony of wise perseverance.

I’m working on forgiving a God not governed by time—for taking so long to deliver on the promises made to me and my bloodline.

Because the relationship is a real one, with real ebbs and flows.

I’m preparing for 2026 and reviewing every agreement I’ve made in my life.

I’m profiting from my brokenness in ways that solidify wealth.

I am NEVER going back to the toxic social hierarchy I experienced in “sisterhood.”

You know—being othered, outcasted, thrown out for exposing how folks were moving fraudulently.

No turning back. 🫸🏾

My anointing isn’t built that way.

I couldn’t watch women being harmed in “healing” spaces—played with for ego strokes, money, and funnel head counts—and stay silent.

Stop surviving in the marketplace off validation from women who feed you popularity while weaponizing their praise.

They’ll charge you to affirm you, run you clients, spotlight you, then take credit for your success.

They’ll set you up to dethrone you the moment you stop feeding their ego.

When they feed you, they can starve you.

You can get so desperate you start calling them mentors, spiritual mothers, the reason you made it.

That’s not love. That’s control dressed up in community.

💪🏾 Get emotionally self-sufficient.
Stop trading your morals for affiliation.
Don’t do anything for clout.

Nothing activated my power like honoring my principles and mastering .

Yes, I lost funnels, referrals, “friends,” revenue, and fake invitations… but I kept my integrity, my self-concept, and my brand reputation. 🙌🏾

I became untangled and free from that toxic clique 💩 called “sisterhood.”

When people ask who I walk with—my prayer is the answer is God.

I don’t rely on people’s resources as if God isn’t my foundation.

I’ll always choose integrity over proximity.

I create healthy, authentic sisterhood—the kind that doesn’t need your dignity to thrive.

Nope. No. Nah.

You are responsible for how you show up.

My God is so real, so much more real than my pain, trauma, rage, and lower emotions... that I choose to offer my Divine state even when a mf could catch these hands and it would be justice.

I no longer do and I practice

In my value system my PEACE is more important than JUSTICE. So yes, I accept a world with injustices.

People do harm. People have harmed me. I have harmed them back. Now... did that give me peace?

Yeah. Honestly... It did. But was it sustainable peace? Yup, still feel at peace 😆😆😆

I had to expand the question because the way my dark nature is set up... 🤷🏾‍♀️

The more important question became 》 do I want to be the person who needs to harm people to feel powerful?

Is that my legacy?

I was born to bless, to demonstrate a God like power that activates in the wombs of the women.

I choose a path that honors my soul contract.

Do foul @ #!$%^& test me? Yes.

Do I pass the test?

Mostly. Sometimes I negotiate with my purpose and pay that cost.

But God is real. And I allow my way of living to show that.

I teach women to integrate their light and darkness. They discover the higher levels of power that you can only access through inner harmony.

And they have more joy as a result.
