Job Description
Direct Support Staff work one on one with their client and are responsible to assist and support our clients with their day to day routines and activities, in and out of the individuals home. We have both part time to full time positions. Pay is $15-$16+ an hour.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Must pass background check
Must have your own reliable transportation
Desire to work with children and adults with various disabilities
Must have good attitude, and love to help others
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients
Model appropriate behavior and use positive behavior management techniques
Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification
Must have strong people skills
Must be capable of managing and de-escalating crisis situations

Salary: $15-$16+ /hour

COSH is hiring a live in Caregiver for a young lady in Layton who has disabilities. She will be attending a program weekdays between the hours of 8:30-3:30 that will allow you free time or time to even work another part time job or go to school, if you are interested. She is a sweet girl that needs assistance with all ADL's as well as assistance with feeding meals. She likes to go out in the community and be active. Looking for someone who will trear her like family!

You must be 18 and pass a background check.
You need your own reliable transportation.

Compensation package: This job pays $110 dollars a day. There is a room and board stipend of $618 a month, as well as for the right staff, FREE RENT!

Host Home Providers open their homes to offer primary residential care and support to an adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Along with residential services, they provide meals, transportation to and from appointments and activities, and assist with daily living skills and medication management. Host Home Providers maintain minor documentation about the Individual with whom they are sharing their home and receive compensation for their service.

*Must be 21+
*Everyone in home over 18 must pass background check.
* Home must pass COSH inspection

* Host Home staff will be compensated with a daily rate, as well as recieve a room and board amount from the client.
