What, it is already time for Thanksgiving? Wow! Where has the time gone? My granddaughter has been walking for a few months now. Next she will be talking and talking and talking. She is a girl. When I go over to her house, she wants my hand to walk around. Now I have her wrapped around my finger. She is already 15 month old so that means only about 24 more years before she becomes a Chiropractor and works with me so I can finally retire. I'm in my 48th year now and my Dad worked for 60 year.

Now is the time to stock up on Congaplex, Immuplex, Cat AC and Echinacea Premium. For drainage add Antronex (antihistamines) and even Andrographis Complex as I'm thinking the weather will eventually get cold. So this will help to prevent or slow down and help heal the body faster.

Are you going to eat more this month? You should stock up on Zypan for digestion and to help with acid reflex instead of tums which is a anti-acid but that pain you’ve been told is too much acid is sort of wrong. It is not enough of the right kind of acid. HCL known as Hydrochloric Acid. If you burp up yellow slime, that is HCL and it doesn't burn because it is PH normal to your body. All I say is Raigan got so much for her birthday I don't know how Christmas is going to be. I thought I was spoiling her but wow everyone did. I got her a car but she got 2 others too. McKenzie and Jake are great parents right now. We will see when she's two or 3. Every time I go over to see her McKenzie has me check her nutrition and adjust her. Some of you don't know that I adjust babies too.

I have been doing a lot of high school physicals and with all my background in sports I ask if their doing two stretches. Which you should not do. One is taking arm across the opposite side in front. Another very bad one is taking your heel to your buttocks. One is very bad for your shoulders and the other is bad on your knees.

I check patients for nutrition and design a program for them. There is a lot of other Nutritions that can help with your health also. CHOLAPLEX helps bring down cholesterol. CATAPLEX E2 helps oxygenate the blood also great for the heart. They say if your having chest pains you can chew several to stop it. (I never had to use it, so I can’t say by experience). OSTARPLEX helps with osteoarthritis. A product I don’t carry but can get is RUMAPLEX is for rheumatoid arthritis. EYEPLEX is for most eye conditions as I have seen many successes. MAMMARY PMG is great for the breasts and helping producing more milk for moms. I have had a patient that increased 1 cup size. Helps firm up breast if out of hormones. Went to funeral reconnecting with old friends. I thought this tree of ornaments was a great idea. I always torn between sad and happy seeing good friends. It was not a patient as I don't let that happen. I played softball for many years with her husband. We're so busy in today's time that we forget our friends until it's to late.

This was my Saturday. Oh hum another year. Way past her nap time. But she was still very good and made out. WOW!
