Parkview Community Hospital Parkview Community Hospital is a non-profit 193 bed community hospital offering general acute care services .

These include paramedic receiving emergency services, general medical, intensive care inpatient and outpatient surgery, maternal child, maternity and a level 3 neonatal intensive care unit. Other specialties include a center of excellence designated bariatric surgery and a joint replacement center.

💕Baby Hazel Gwen came into the world early at 34 weeks weighing in at just 4 lbs. 4 oz. today after 16 days in our NICU. She is going home with her amazing parents Tamarind and Benjamin just in time to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. Tamarind was also a NICU graduate here at Parkview.  It was an honor and privilege to take care of this little Diva and watch her graduate from our NICU.  Congratulations from the entire Maternal Child and NICU team at Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center.💕

At Parkview Community Hospital, longevity matters. Since 1958, this hospital has remained a steady presence in the community because people choose to build their careers here. It is with great joy that we welcome Eric Jr., a very special bundle of firsts 💙
Born on January 1, 2026 at 12:24 a.m., Eric made an early and memorable arrival at 30.3 weeks, proudly becoming Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center’s first baby of the year.

He is not only his parents’ first baby, but also the family’s first grandson—making his arrival even more meaningful. Despite his early debut, Eric is already showing incredible strength, weighing an impressive 4 lbs. 14 oz.

The entire Parkview Maternal Child and NICU teams extend our heartfelt congratulations to this proud family. We are honored to be part of such a joyful beginning and a year filled with many firsts 🌟

Baby Dariel was born on 10/10/25 at just 27 weeks, weighing 2 lbs 4 oz. After 73 days in our NICU, he was discharged today—now 5 lbs 8 oz and headed home just in time for Christmas.

Today was a day his family has been praying for, and we were honored to care for Dariel and be part of this family’s journey home.

Baby Kabel arrived on 12/6 at 4 lbs 0.4 oz and spent 16 days in our NICU. Today—12/22—he went home at 5 lbs 9.3 oz, the sweetest early Christmas gift for our Maternal Child team. It was truly our honor to care for this wonderful family.

Javier Manuel Lopez was born 11/29 at just 4lbs 5 oz & only 32.5 weeks old. His mom Nancy, came to us and was on bed rest for 27 days prior to Javier’s arrival.  He has spent the last 20 days in our NICU.  Today was an early Christmas present for all of us in the Maternal Child units because he is finally going home with his entire family.

It was our honor and privilege to take care of this  wonderful family that has been through so much.  Happy Holidays 🎁.
