Join us for an evening of deep rest, healing, and renewal.
Megan will guide you through a full hour of Restorative Yoga while McKenzie Uribe offers personalized Reiki healing to each student.

We’ll begin by gently opening the space—connecting to Universal Life Force Energy through guided visualization, breathwork, and meditation. From there, melt into supported stillness, hands-on energy work, and close with a soothing sound bath. 🖤

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that supports balance in the body, mind, and energy. It can help ease anxiety, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation.

What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative Yoga is all about comfort and stillness—supported poses held for longer periods using props so the body can truly rest and reset.

This experience includes:
