You will have a one on one consultation with an M.D., Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant at no cost. We encourage you to maintain a weekly or bi-weekly office visits to monitor your blood pressure, calculate weight loss, and receive personal support. Providing services for Riverside, Corona, Temescal Canyon, Canyon Lake, Norco, Eastvale, Jurupa, Mira Loma, Moreno Valley, Lake Elsinore, Pedley, Perris, Wildomar, Murrieta and surrounding areas.

An EKG is required for patients 40 years old and older who would like to start prescription stimulant medications for the first time. Patients of any age who has a history of Hypertension, Diabetes, and or High Cholesterol are also require an EKG. A $15 fee will be charged to perform an EKG at our office. You have the option to bring a copy of a recent normal EKG within the year from you primary physician. Our weight loss professionals are here to assist when you are ready to lose weight. You will have a one on one consultation with an M.D., Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant at no cost. We encourage you to maintain a weekly or bi-weekly office visit to monitor your blood pressure, calculate weight loss, and receive personal support. We will help you lose weight in a non-judgmental, friendly, supportive, and caring environment. We look forward to helping you reach your weight loss goal.
