Happy Halloween!! This is a Damselfly my friend and I met this week in Nature. There were many at this beautiful spring! When Damselflies rest their wings are closed. A dragonfly would have open wings. 💜🩷💖

My day was filled with all of my favorite things!!! Sweet cats, visits with neighbors, petting dogs, hiking in Columbine, juicing, and love!!! Tell me how sweet your day was! 💜🩷💕😍

Today was a day to be cozy and grateful. I reorganized the downstairs to make it cozier and give us more space! This afternoon I made an Asian inspired dressing with orange juice, ginger, apple, pistachios, coconut aminos, and lime juice! I ate it with cucumber noodles, spiralized carrots, mint, cilantro, red cabbage and greens!! Super yummy!! 😘💜🩷

Today I went to Ojo Caliente our local spa. It’s so relaxing!!! This mineral specimen has mica, quartz, and moonstone in it! They recently opened three new mica pools which I love!! Where’s your favorite soaking spot? 😘😍🥳

It’s fall here in northern New Mexico! The trees are changing colors and the temperatures in the morning require wool tights. It’s beautiful. The tomatoes were a gift and I am grateful for the abundance. 🩷💜💖

Happy Fall beautiful souls!!! I grew the sunflower, pumpkin, and green squash! Everything else is a gift from Mama Earth. I made raw chili with tomatoes, yellow squash, celery, corn, sun-dried tomatoes, chili powder, and LOVE!!💕🥰😎

Raw Soup!! I made a veggie broth in my juicer with carrots, celery, ginger, garlic, and basil! I also added kelp and zucchini noodles, broccoli, and asparagus. Lemon and lime juice rounded out the flavors. 💜😋
