Hello! I’m feeling better this past week. My body is healing and I have been resting, meditating, and playing with Uma, Leo, and Lucy. I have also been taking short walks and lying on the ground outside. Happy Full Moon in Leo! 😻🩷🙏

I fell on some ice while hiking and injured my shoulder. Lucy the Wonder Cat has been amazing!!! The first night of my fall she laid across my heart and my swollen shoulder making it possible for me to get downstairs to the restroom. She worked on me again last night and my pain lessened. The animals have a presence and healing ways that are so powerful. I love her!! 🩷💜⭐️🙏😻🥰

Raw Vegan Taco Salad!!! The key to this cauliflower is from Chris Kendall Raw Advantage! Freeze the cauliflower the night before to make it taste cooked! I also added lemon juice and Mexican seasoning to the cauliflower rice. The red cabbage slaw had carrots, red cabbage, radishes, lime, and orange juice soaked overnight. Of course cilantro and parsley added flavor as well as avocado. I used lime juice as my dressing! 💜🩷💓🌲

Yesterday’s hike was so beautiful!! It’s been cold here and I am committed to buying flannel sheets this week! This past week the temperature was FOUR degrees in the night!! 💎🥶⛄️💜

Happy Almost Thanksgiving!!! The dish on the left is Cranberry Sauce and the other side is Stuffing! Cranberry, apple, orange juice, dates, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves processed in the food processor! Easy and sooo good! For the stuffing fresh sage is the 🌟! I used cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, celery, zucchini, and shallots. The dressing I used had a small zucchini, a couple of cherry tomatoes, and a squeeze of lemon juice. At the end of the Vitamix process I added rosemary, sage, and thyme and blended! The dressing covered the cauliflower mixture and went into the dehydrator for 45 minutes. PERFECTLY delicious!! We had our first snow yesterday! It was soft and beautiful. The sun is peeking out today! This juice has fennel, 🍏, oranges 🍊, greens, ginger, and Love! ❤️

Morris Update! 😊 I took Morris to the vet today because his paw had seemed better on Tuesday and then swollen this morning. I had heard from Morris last week not to worry. 😻 It turns out he had an abscess so he was given an antibiotic. He does have the option of spending the night inside the studio, but he loves the outdoors. The vet thinks he’s around 4. He was a trooper throughout the process!! Canned sardines is my go to for loading him in a carrier. 🥰
