Hi Riverside Yogis! We are starting a new 8 week session on Saturday 8/27 @ 9 am At out new Parks & Rec space 43 E. Quincy Street. If you haven’t been in a while, come back to class! Keep your yoga practice going for overall health for your mind, body, and soul. All levels welcome! If you have any issues registering, just come on Saturday and we will work it out! Bring your mat.

Dear Riverside Yogis, You are the best! We started our online Saturday 9am class on March 21st and I only thought it would be a few weeks. I said we could keep going for April... and May....now June. This Saturday group keeps growing every week and I can’t tell you how much I look forward to seeing our regular crew as well as people coming back that I haven’t seen for a while. Most of the time we start late because you all are saying hi and excited to see each other! I also like to see everyone’s kids, spouses, pets that sometimes make an appearance. I am grateful for my yoga community! If you want to join our zoom class message me! Namaste!
