Happy New Year to everyone!
After a busy holiday season filled with gatherings, travel, and full days, many of us are feeling run down and exhausted. Disrupted routines, emotional demands, and the ongoing challenges of 2025 can leave the body tired, the mind overstimulated, and energy reserves low. If you’re feeling depleted right now, it’s a natural response to a very full season.
As we move into 2026, this is an invitation to gently restore balance and rebuild energy. When we support the body and calm the mind, clarity naturally returns—and setting New Year intentions becomes more easeful and aligned.
In the weeks ahead, my offerings are here to support this reset: Yin/Restorative yoga workshop to help melt stress (Sunday, January 11th), a Functional Ayurveda detox cleanse (starting on January 12th) to gently bring the body back into balance, and ongoing private and public yoga sessions.
