**Immediate Hire** Care Connexxus Adult Day Center is looking to hire a full time Bus Driver to transport participants to and from their homes to our Center in the mornings and afternoons. Schedule is M-F Split shift 6:00am to 10:00am and 12:30pm to 4:00pm. 7 hour shift. No Major Holidays or Weekends. Must have a clean driving record. Must be willing to with go a physical, drug test, background check and a TB clearance.

**Must have your Class B license with passenger endorsement**

Program Aides (P.A.s)
Duties: Direct care to our participants ages 18-100! Includes: Meal Prep, Toileting, Assisting with Exercises, Skilled Wheelchair transfers, helping participants with activities, crafts and games! This is a rewarding job where you will always go home knowing that you have made a difference in someone's life!

Position is On-call, minimum of 2 days a week, 5 to 5.5 hours a day, Schedule is M-F from 8am to 2pm.
Pay: $12/hr
*CPR Certificate required (online certificate accepted)
*Must be willing to undergo a backround check, physical, and drug test*

Adult Day Center in Riverside looking to add a new Nurse Practitioner Consultant to our Team!

Overall Objectives:
Under the administrative direction of the Program Director, acts as a consultant to the Program Director and nursing staff and is a member of the Multidisciplinary Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consults with the participant's physician as needed
-Signs the Treatment Authorization Request (TAR's) forms for Medi-Cal and the Individualized Plan of Care.
-Reviews participants' medical histories and reports findings at the assessment meeting
-Discusses issues related to participants treatment with the Adult Day Health Center staff as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team regarding program planning and treatment for each participant.
-Cooperates with the Adult Day Health Care nurse in maintaining contact with the participants' primary physician regarding treatment and progress. The nurse will maintain routine contact, and the staff physician may be requested to discuss changes needed in treatment or diagnosis.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Nurse Practitioner holding a license to practice in the state of California
-Interest in and experience in geriatrics, special needs and mental health.

Care Connexxus is a Non-Profit Adult Day Center providing services for the Elderly and Adults with special needs in Riverside. If you have a heart for giving, you could be one of our Heroes!

We are in need of the Following Items:

* Arts & Craft Supplies (paint, pipe cleaners, construction paper, safety scissors, beads, yarn, popsicle sticks, etc.)
* Cheerios and Kix Cereal
* Tolietries (Shampoo, Bodywash, Bar Soap, Deodorant, Body Spray, Toothpaste, etc.)
* Adult Diapers/Pull-ups
* Bingo Prizes (costume jewelry, stuffed animals, toys, trinkets, etc.)
* Games, Puzzles, Books & Magazines

Also, if you have a passion for performing or have a talent you'd like to share, we are looking for Volunteers who are willing to donate an hour of their time to provide entertainment for our participants once a month, or even on a one-time basis. Dance Teams, Scouts, Musicians, Choirs, Magicians, Story Tellers, and Therapy Animals are all encouraged to volunteer and are greatly appreciated by the staff and our participants.
