Hey there UFD community. I have some sad news, we lost John this past weekend. Many of you knew him as a weekday morning yogi. He and his wife Jess were dedicated, and a big part of our community. We are devastated at this loss, and doing our best to help his wife pay for his funeral expenses. If there is any amount you could contribute, she would be so grateful.
He leaves behind two beautiful girls.

John passed away on March 10th. If you are able to assist his wife Jessica with Funeral Expenses it would be forever appreciated. John leaves behind two beautiful daughters, and any remaining funds will go to their care. John is in our hearts always.

I've been getting lots of questions about my teaching schedule lately! I am teaching almost every day, but many of my classes are specialized. I'm at Butler Hospital and Steven's Treatment Center mainly, as well as Blue Cross. I do teach public classes at the East Side YMCA, Tuesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 8am. I'm definitely trying to get some additional outdoor, local, public classes on the books along with my teacher trainees! Info coming soon!

UFD mourns the loss of our great friend Scott Grace, FF EPFD. Some of you may have seen him in class, or said hello to him when he stopped by the studio. Maybe you took his CPR class at UFD, or hung out with us when he helped paint the studio (or cleaned the bathroom! He loved cleaning!).
Scott will be forever missed by so many. Rest easy, dear friend.
