It’s time for Cesar Chavez Week of To***co Action! 🚮 Here’s a volunteer opportunity for you.

From March 16–27, you can make a difference on your own time, stop by the office to pick up a to***co clean-up kit, then return it filled with cigarette butts to receive a FREE shirt.

Prefer to give back with others? Join us on Saturday, March 28 for a community clean-up as we come together to clear cigarette litter and protect our environment.

Let’s honor Cesar Chavez’s legacy by taking action for a cleaner, healthier community. 💪🌱

What if getting healthier didn’t mean doing it alone?

This April 18, we’re launching 10-week Moais, small groups of people who commit to meeting once a week, for one hour to connect and build a healthy habit. And we’re looking for community members to help start them.

You don’t need to be a fitness expert. You don’t need to coach anyone. You just need to invite people and show up :)

It was an honor to lead a well-being activity— translated into Pashto— for 60+ women, many of whom are refugees from Afghanistan. Happy to women and girls in Riverside and around the world.

The City of Riverside is now a Blue Zones Project Approved Worksite! 🎉

On March 4, 2026, we celebrated by cutting the blue ribbon and unveiling a downshift space—a dedicated space for employees to recharge. This is a big step towards reducing stress and improving the health and well-being of employees.
Together, we’re building a healthier workplace and a stronger community for everyone.

🧘‍♀️Balm and Breathe on Wednesday, February 11th. Join us for a night of guided deep breathing exercises by Janae and a DIY Lip Balm Workshop.  2 Sessions to choose from 4:30pm - 6:00pm OR 6:30pm - 8:00pm.

💄Free Galentine’s Health Event on Wednesday, February 11th from 10:00 AM-2:00PM. Join us at our downshift workshops in the patio to learn how to make your own lip-balm.
